Working on a 1976 Volkswagen Type 2 we came across many aged, broken or missing plastic components. One component that needed to be replaced was the alternator cover plate. We realized this as we were putting the engine back together after some head servicing. Luckily for us, we found the part we were looking for on Thingiverse! Downloaded and printed on our Ender 3 v2 and in less than an hour we had the part we needed!
